The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent No.2 to 4 to issue Road Certificate (Batch number) in FIR No.62 dated 30.04.2004. 2. As per pleadings, the petitioner’s daughter namely Rashmi died in her matrimonial home on 28.04.2007 on account of consumption of poison. An FIR No.62 dated 30.04.2004 was registered against her husband and other relatives. FSL report dated 09.07.2007 disclosed that metallic poison could be detected in the burnt bones and ashes. The petitioner has sought information under RTI Act, 2005 regarding original report.
