Mr. Surya Deep Thakur, Advocate for respondent-Reliance General Ins. Co. **** 1. The aforementioned appeals have been filed raising challenge to the award dated 09.10.2018 passed by MACT, Nuh. FAO-13279-2018 has been filed by the Insurance Company whereas FAO-3732-2019 has been filed by the claimant for enhancement of awarded amount. 2. Both the parties are ad idem that the matter has been amicably resolved and the Insurance Company agreed to remit the remaining 25% of the amount awarded to the claimant which has been stayed vide order dated 09.04.2019. 3. Both the parties agreed and make a statement at bar that as per the calculation, the said amount alongwith interest @ 7% comes out to be Rs.11,78,452/-. 4. In light of the above, both the appeals as aforementioned are disposed of in the settled terms subject to payment of Rs.11
