(ORAL) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking regularisation of the petitioner in service, who is working as Embroidery Instructor in the respondent Department. 2. Learned counsel contended that in terms of the latest decision of the Supreme Court, dated 16.04.2026, rendered in Madan Singh and others v. State of Haryana and others, 2026 INSC 379, the petitioner is entitled to regularisation under the Government notification dated 18.06.2014, Annexure P-8. At this stage, she will be satisfied in case she is permitted to make an appropriate representation before the respondents raising the said grievance, which may be ordered to be decided within a specified period. All relevant particulars of the petitioner’s service which entitle her to the claimed ben
