In the present writ petition, the petitioners are praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to complete the election process initiated vide Letter No. RK-1/SARK1276-77 dated 23.07.2025 for constituting the Managing Committee of Khattra Multipurpose Co-operative Agriculture Service Societies Ltd., Khattra, Post Office Khanna, Tehsil Khanna, District Ludhiana. The petitioners have further prayed for quashing of the order dated 19.08.2025 (Annexure P-2), vide which Administrator was appointed. 2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners as well as respondents No.4 to 8. 3. Learned State counsel submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the election process was duly completed on DIWAKER GULATI 2026.05.25 17
