The contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 06.03.2026 passed in CWP-6702- 2026, whereby, respondent was directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass a speaking order. 2. Learned counsel for respondent contends that in compliance of order dated 06.03.2026, speaking order dated 06.04.2026 has been passed. Copy of the same has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner and is also taken on record. 3. A perusal of speaking order dated 06.04.2026 shows that order dated 06.03.2026 passed in CWP-6702-2026 has been complied with. 4. In view of the same, the contempt is purged and rule is discharged. 5. All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
