The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent to constitute a high level Special Investigating Team to inquire into the allegation of tampering of attendance record, forgery, unauthorised absence from duty, dereliction of official duties and misuse of official position by respondent No.6 during posting at Municipal Council Nurmahal, Distt. Jalandhar and to take departmental action. He is also seeking direction to respondent No.2 to decide his legal notice dated 17.02.2026. 2. The petitioner is a resident of Municipal Council Nurmahal, Distt. Jalandhar. The Nagar Panchayat, Bilga passed resolution dated 21.02.2019 alleging absence of respondent No.6, investigation of works
