The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita with a prayer to grant of anticipatory bail to him in case FIR No.334 dated 11.12.2025, under Sections 420, 409, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Central Faridabad, District Faridabad. 2. Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner contends that in compliance of the order dated 17.02.2026 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and has fully co-operated with the Investigating Officer in the present case.
