Ltd. **** Since none had been appearing on behalf of the appellant, notice was issued to him to appear in person before this Forum to explore the possibility of settlement. However, the report indicates that appellant has been served through family members. The appellant despite service has not put in appearance nor instructed his counsel to appear in this case. The said act and conduct of the appellant transpires that he is not interested to pursue this appeal. Therefore, the matter is consigned to the record room, with liberty to the appellant to revive the same by filing an appropriate application before this Forum, if the need arises.
