The present petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 10.12.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Writ Court in CWP- 36917-2025, titled as ‘Ravi Shankar vs. State of Haryana and another’ whereby the respondent was directed to decide the representations dated 12.08.2025 and 28.11.2025 submitted by the petitioner, after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and by passing a speaking order. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that in compliance of the Writ Court order dated 10.12.2025 (Annexure P-1), Speaking order dated 18.05.2026 whereby the representations dated 12.08.2025 and 28.11.2025 moved by the petitioner have been rejected by providing him an opportunity of hearing.
