Instant writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the order dated 03.02.2020 (Annexure P-10), vide which the claim of the petitioners for grant of pay scale of Rs.10300-34800 + grade pay of Rs.4200/- has been rejected. 2. After arguing the case for some time and realising that this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter as there is considerable delay in approaching this Court inasmuch as the claim of the petitioners was rejected vide order dated 03.02.2020 (Annexure P-10) and the instant petition has been filed after a period of six years, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition. 3.
