On 06.05.2026, this Court had passed the following order:- “Learned counsel contends that name of the petitioner surfaced on the disclosure statement of co-accused Sudesh, from whom non-commercial quantity of contraband, it being 14.24 grams of heroin, was allegedly recovered. There is no recovery effected from the petitioner. Reliance is placed on the judgment passed by Hon’ble the Supreme Court in the case of Toofan Singh Vs. State of Tamil Nadu, 2021 (1) RCR (Criminal) 1. He is not involved in any other case; ready and willing to join the investigation as and when required by the investigating agency and will cooperate.
