The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (erstwhile Section 438 Cr.P.C.) seeking anticipatory bail for the petitioner in case FIR No.219 dated 16.04.2026, registered under Sections 115, 190, 191(2), 333 and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (corresponding to Sections 323, 149, 148, 452 and 506 IPC) at Police Station Palla, District Faridabad. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present petition, the petitioner has been admitted to bail by the police authorities/Investigating Agency and the requisite bail bonds have already been accepted. 3.
