(Oral) The instant first petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.19 dated 17.01.2019 registered under Sections 148, 149, 302, 392, 420, 216, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Taraori, District Karnal. 2. Brief facts of the present case are that on 17.01.2019, a telephonic information was received from Amritdhara Hospital, Karnal regarding arrival of Vikas alias Pintu son of Randhir Singh in the hospital in a dead state.
