This is the second petition for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.145 dated 17.09.2025, registered under Section 419, 420, 465, 466, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC, at Police Station Ramdas, District Amritsar Rural. 2. The petitioner earlier approached this Court by of filing CRM- M-61502-2025, which was dismissed on merits vide order dated 03.11.2025. Now the petitioner has filed second petition for grant of anticipatory bail after a gap of about 6½ months. However, learned counsel for the petitioner has failed to point out any material change in facts or circumstances arising subsequent to the dismissal of the earlier petition. 3. It is well settled that a successive petition for anticipatory bail is not maintainable in the absence of a substantial change in circumstances. Mere passage of time or reiteration
