The present petition alleges wilful disobedience of the directions contained in the order dated 13.10.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 15639/2025. 2. Learned counsel for the MCD submits, on instructions, that the requisite decision in terms of the aforesaid directions is in the process of being taken and the said process shall be concluded within a period of five days from today. 3.
