SUMEET GOEL, J (ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.5 dated 03.10.2025 under Sections 103(1), 109, 115(2), 190, 191(2), 191(3), 351(2) of BNS, registered at Police Station Tosham, District Bhiwani. Faced with the situation that the two victims, namely Sidharth and Manoj, are yet to be examined as prosecution witnesses, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition. He has further submitted that the trial Court be directed to expedite the recording of the testimony of the above witnesses, as the petitioner is suffering from visual impairment and has been in custody for more than one year.
