(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 to 5 to arrest the all accused persons in FIR No.39 dated 08.05.2025 registered under Sections 318(4), 316(2) and 61(2) of BNS, at Police Station Chhajli, District Sangrur. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the said FIR was registered on 08.05.2025, however, no action has been taken by the Investigating Agency till date. Notice of motion. Mr.K.D.Sachdeva, DAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the State. He has filed the status report by way of affidavit of Rupinder Kaur, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division, Dirba. On instructions, he has submitted that out of three accused, two accused are on bail and one accused is yet to be arrested and hence, the case is under investigation. After hearing learned counsel for the par
