The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to transfer election petition dated 31.03.2026 (Annexure P-4) titled as ‘Ranveer Singh v. Nanak Singh Bath and another’ filed by him challenging election of Chairman, Panchayat Samiti/Block Samiti, Balachaur from respondent No.4 to any other Election Tribunal. 2. Respondent No. 5 was elected as Chairman, Panchayat Samiti, Balachaur through a draw of lots. The petitioner felt aggrieved in a way that he had secured seven valid votes in the same election and one invalid vote was declared valid resulting in equality of votes.
