As per pleadings, the petitioner purchased vehicle Toyota Innova in 2012. The purchase of vehicle was financed from ICICI Bank. The petitioner repaid loan in 2015. He approached bank seeking No Dues Certificate. The bank is claiming that they have no record as account has been perched, thus, No Dues Certificate cannot be issued.
