Prayer in this petition is to quash the order dated 07.04.2026, whereby the emergency parole applied by the petitioner has been declined. 2. Pursuant to last order, reply has been filed by way of an affidavit of Rai Sahib, Dy. Superintendent of Police, District Bhiwani. The same is taken on record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the wife of the petitioner is undergoing severe ailment and requires surgery which is not being performed only because the petitioner has not been released on emergency parole. 4. In the reply filed by the respondent, it is admitted that the wife of the petitioner is suffering from ‘pituitary tumor’ which requires immediate surgery.
