Prayer in the present petition is for quashing of order dated 02.05.2026 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana vide which the non-bailable warrants against the petitioner was issued in FIR No.67 dated 19.05.2025, under Section 22 of the NDPS Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Sudhar, District Ludhiana Rural, Punjab. 2. It has been contended by counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was regularly appearing before the trial Court on each and every date however, on 02.05.2026, he was unable to attend the Court as he had gone to Nasha Mukt Abhiyan Classes conducted by Punjab Government in his area and also, the petitioner has noted down the wrong date as 12.05.2026 instead of 02.05.2026.
