Petitioners have approached this Court, inter alia, for issuance of a writ of certiorari for setting aside orders dated 13.05.2016 and 17.09.2025, Annexures P-3 and P-6, respectively, passed by the respondent- authorities, whereby claim of petitioners for regularization of their colony under policy dated 21.08.2013, Annexure P-1, has been rejected. 2. Mr. Shailesh Aggarwal, counsel for the petitioners contends that petitioners had applied for regularization of colony in question on 24.10.2013, by depositing all the requisite documents and charges as per policy, Annexure P-1.
