The petitioners have filed the instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service along with continuity of service and all consequential benefits. Further, to decide the representation dated 10.09.2025 (Annexure P-1) submitted by the petitioner. 2. It has been averred in para 2 of the petition that the petitioner was removed from service, however, neither the order of removal has been annexed with the petition nor any other documents such as charge-sheet, reply to the charge-sheet, inquiry report, show cause notice etc., substantiating the abovesaid averment, have been annexed. 3. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action with better part
