Petitioner no.1 is stated to be born on 02.09.1986. Petitioner no.2 is stated to be born on 01.01.1977 and for the said purpose, reference has been made to Aadhaar cards (Annexures P-6 and P-7). It is stated that the petitioners are in a “Live in Relationship” since petitioner no.1/Ranjit Kaur had solemnized a marriage with respondent No.6/Parvinderjit Singh and she have two children out of this wedlock.
