(ORAL) Present regular second appeal has been preferred by appellant- plaintiff being aggrieved by judgment and decree dated 15.07.2019 passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Hisar, whereby suit for declaration preferred by appellant-plaintiff was dismissed and by judgment and decree dated 10.02.2026 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Hisar, whereby first appeal preferred by appellant-plaintiff was also dismissed. 2. Appellant-plaintiff had sought declaration to the effect that on the basis of judgment and decree dated 24.08.1994 passed in Civil Suit No.1079-C of 1994, he is owner in possession of constructed property bearing No.2002/2-A having total area measuring 435-18 sq. yds. situated at Vijay Nagar, Old Sabzi Mandi, Hisar, Tehsil and District Hisar bounded by street on north, south and east sides and plot of Smt. Santra De
