By way of present petition, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in case bearing FIR No.156 dated 04.06.2020, under Sections 148, 149, 188, 285, 307, 323 and 427 IPC and Sections 25,54,59 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Safidon, District Jind. 2. Brief facts of the case are that the present FIR was registered on the statement of complainant Manjeet Singh alleging that on 04.06.2020, Lakhwinder @ Lakha along with 15-20 persons came to forcibly take possession of land and opened fire upon the complainant party and villagers, due to which one Major Singh sustained pellet injuries. It was alleged that present petitioner Ranjeet Singh was accompanying the main accused and was armed with a Dogga gun. During investigation, empty cartridges and damaged vehicles were taken into possession. The petitioner was arrested on 05.06.20
