The present contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of order dated 04.02.2026 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CRM-M- 71523-2026. 2. Learned State counsel contends that in compliance of the above referred to order, affidavit dated 06.05.2026 has been filed on behalf of respondent along with speaking order dated 28.02.2026 and the same is taken on record. 3. A perusal of the affidavit and speaking order dated 28.02.2026 shows that order dated 04.02.2026 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CRM-M- 71523-2026 has been duly complied with. 4. In view of the above, the contempt is purged. Rule is discharged. 5.
