Present petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking grant of regular bail, in case, FIR No.380, dated 01.07.2022, under Section 302 of Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Pinjore, District Panchkula. 2. Today, on the very outset, learned State counsel, upon instructions from ASI Rajbir Singh, informs that all the prosecution witnesses have already been examined before the Court below, and even the statement under section 351 of BNSS (corresponding to section 313 of Cr.P.C.) has also been recorded. 3. In view of the stage of trial as informed by learned State counsel, this Court refrains itself from entertaining the plea of bail to the petitioner, as there is every likelihood of conclusion of trial in the near future.
