(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of ‘the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023’, for quashing of FIR No.91 dated 15.09.2025, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 127(2), 351(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, hereinafter being referred to as ‘BNS’, and Sections 25 & 27 of Arms Act, Police Station Sanaur, District Patiala, along with all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom.
