Aggrieved by the aforesaid condion regarding interest, the claimants approached the Hon’ble Supreme Court by way of Special Leave Peon, which came to be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to seek review. 5. Availing such liberty, the present review applicaon has been filed, contending that the claimants are entled to interest on the enhanced compensaon from the date of filing of the claim peon ll realizaon irrespecve of mely deposit by the Insurance Company. 6. Having heard learned counsel for the pares and upon perusal of the record, this Court finds no merit in the present applicaon. 7. At the outset, it is well se)led that the jurisdicon of review is extremely limited and circumscribed by the parameters laid down under Order XLVII Rule 1 CPC.
