The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of directions to respondent No. 2 to safeguard the life and liberty of the petitioners and their family members and not to harass them by calling them to the police station again and again and not to falsely implicate them in cases. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the police have been harassing the petitioners repeatedly by calling them to the police station in connection with Jahar Singh @ Prince Rana, who is the son of petitioners No.1 and 2.
