(Oral): This is first petition for bail, filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of the ‘Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023’. This petition pertains to a case arising out of FIR No. 45 dated 24.04.2024 under Sections 21(C) & 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act 1985, hereinafter being referred to as ‘NDPS Act’ only, and Sections 10, 11 and 12 of Aircraft Act, Police Station Khalra, District Tarn Taran. 2. The abovementioned FIR came into being at the instance of ‘Inspector Vinod’, who had reported that on 24.04.2024, when he was leading a team of police officials a reliable source gave him a tip-off that ‘Rana Singh’, ‘Lovepreet Singh’ and ‘Arshdeep Singh’ were in constant touch with ‘Pakistani’ smugglers, and that they were importing ‘Heroin’ from ‘Pakistan’ by using drones. According to
