The present second appeal is of the year 2013. Perusal of the order-sheets reveals that notice of motion in the present appeal was issued way back vide order dated 11.12.2013 by the Predecessor Bench. Thereafter, the matter was repeatedly adjourned either at the request of learned counsel for the appellant i.e. on 13.10.2014, 18.07.2017, 05.09.2017 and 17.04.2023 or on account of non-appearance on behalf of the appellant on 19.12.2014, 04.09.2015, 15.03.2016 and 11.09.2018. 3.
