Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that in pursuance of the order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court dated 15.09.2025, the claim of the petitioner has found to be not maintainable and has been rejected vide speaking order dated 04.05.2026 and a copy of the same has been handed over to the Court which is taken on record and has been marked as “Mark A”. A copy of the said order has also been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that the petitioner is not satisfied with the said speaking order and has thus prayed that the present contempt petition be disposed of but liberty be granted to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law. 3.
