The present regular second appeal has been preferred by the appellants-defendants, being aggrieved by the impugned judgment and decree dated 25.01.2018 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Karnal, whereby the suit filed by respondent-plaintiff for recovery of Rs. 16,00,000/- along with future interest @ 18% per annum was partly decreed and the respondent-plaintiff was held entitled to recover Rs. 8,00,000/- along with interest @ 9% per annum. Appellants-defendants are also aggrieved by the judgment and decree dated 30.08.2025 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Karnal, whereby the first appeal preferred by the appellants-defendants was dismissed. 2.
