At the outset, learned State counsel on instructions from Manoj Kumar, General Manager, Haryana Roadways, Fatehabad, states that the Court that the impugned order dated 09.06.2023 (Annexure P-2) and impugned order dated 15.12.2023 (Annexure P-3) would be recalled within a period of two weeks.
