The short grouse raised on behalf of the petitioners/landowners is that the application preferred by them for disbursement of compensation amount to the extent of 2/6th share vide award dated 09.03.2016 rendered in reference proceedings under Section 30 & 31 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 is awaiting adjudication since September 2018, but no final order is passed thereupon by the learned Reference Court. In view of aforesaid short grievance of the petitioner, the learned Reference Court is requested to adjudicate upon the said application (Annexure P-4) by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within two months of the date already fixed.
