The prayer in the present petition under Section 528 BNSS, 2023 is for the issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to conduct a proper investigation in FIR No.292 dated 11.10.2024 under Sections 115, 3(5), 351(3) and 126 BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Beri, Jhajjar. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the son of the petitioner was taken away by respondents No.4 and 5 and he died on account of injuries suffered by him. As the accused persons are from influential families, the investigation has not been conducted in a fair manner. In fact, respondents No.4 to 8 are all involved in the unnatural death of the son of the petitioner and therefore, the investigation be handed over to some senior officers or to the CBI. 3.
