Learned counsel submitted that the petitioner is working as Associate Professor (Economics) at Government College, Nigdhu, Karnal, and is placed at seniority no.1834. He has not been considered for further promotion, whereas his junior, placed at seniority no.1834 (A), has been promoted to the post of Principal vide office order dated 06.10.2023.
