The Motor Accident Claims Tribunal vide award dated 11.11.2008 had awarded an amount of Rs.1,25,000/- as compensation on account of death of the said Esha which had taken place in a motor vehicular accident. 3. The present appeal has been filed by the mother and also by the legal representatives of the father, who had died during the proceedings DAVINDER KUMAR 2026.05.21 11:57 before the Tribunal.
