In the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated 29.09.2019 (Annexure P-2) passed by respondent no.2. The prayer of the petitioner was for staying the enquiry proceedings till the decision of the case in FIR No.08 dated 25.09.2019 registered under Section 7 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 at Police Station, State Vigilance Bureau, Ambala. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the petitioner has been acquitted in the aforementioned FIR and as such, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous. 3.
