The limited prayer made in the present writ petition is that status quo qua possession be maintained till the revision petition is decided by the Divisional Commissioner concerned as stay in the present matter stood vacated by the Divisional Commissioner vide order dated 21.08.2025. Thereafter the matter was dismissed for non-prosecution. Subsequently, the same has been restored vide order dated 20.05.2026. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the matter is listed for hearing on 02.07.2026 and till such time the matter is heard and decided, the dispossession of the petitioner may be stayed. 3.
