It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No. 184 dated 12.12.2025, for the commission of offence punishable under Section(s) 118, 115(2) and 3(5) [Section 117(2) added later on] of ‘the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023’ Police Station Khuhi Khera, District Fazilka, Punjab. 2.
