He is further seeking direction to respondent No.6 to inquire into the Haryana Resident Certificate and Scheduled Caste Certificate issued to respondent No.7. 2. The petitioner is estranged father-in-law of respondent No.7- Shikha who solemnized marriage with petitioner’s son on 12.07.2019. Due to marital discord, petitioner’s son filed a petition for divorce before learned Family Court which vide judgment and decree dated 22.11.2024 ordered dissolution of marriage.
