(ORAL) [1] The present revision petition is directed against Order dated 06.03.2023 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Gurugram, whereby an application filed under Order VII Rule 11 CPC by the petitioners has been dismissed. [2] Plaintiff filed a suit seeking decree of declaration and specific performance with the consequential relief of permanent injunction, claiming that the defendant Nos.1 & 2 agreed to sell suit property in his favour for a total consideration of Rs.6,28,00,000/- apart from Rs.17,00,000/- towards tax liability.
