BHARDWAJ, J (ORAL) Seeking quashing of the FIR bearing No.317 dated 09.09.2017, under Sections 406, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Sector 36, Chandigarh, along with all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, the instant petition has been filed. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous since the cancellation report has already been submitted by the police. In view of above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
