Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 483 BNSS is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.324 dated 19.10.2025, registered under Sections 7 of PC Act and 42, 52 of Prison Act at Police Station Islamabad, District Amritsar. 2. Learned counsel contends that the petitioners have been in custody for about 7 months. They allege false implication. No recovery has been effected from them. They are at parity with co-accused Parlad Singh alias Prehlad Singh and Prabhjit Singh @ Prabh, who have since been granted regular bail vide orders dated 20.04.2026 and 22.04.2026, after being in custody for more than 5 months. Challan was presented on 18.12.2025, however, charges have not been framed and in all there are 18 prosecution witnesses. The petitioners are not involved in any other case.
