MANDEEP PANNU, J (ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 0072, dated 24.07.2025, under Section 316(2), of BNS, 2023 (corresponding to Section 406 IPC), registered at Police Station Sadar Abohar, Tehsil Abohar, District Fazilka, Punjab. This Court vide order dated 22.04.2026, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 22.04.2026, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel submits that he does not controvert the said fact and further submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. In view of the above, the order dated 22.04.2026 is made absolute
