Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Rajpura, whereby after cancelling the bail of the petitioner, non-bailable warrants have been issued against him, on account of his non-appearance in a case FIR No. 111, dated 12.10.2022, registered under Sections 406, 420 of IPC [corresponding Sections 316(2) and 318(4) of BNS, 2023], lodged at Police Station Banur, District Patiala (Annexure P-1). 2.
