By way of present writ petition, prayer has been made for issuance of direction to the respondents to make payment of Execution No.78 of 2017 which is pending before the learned Executing Court. [2]. Learned State counsel on instructions from Sh. Sanjeev Nahraj, Patwari, LAO, Sector 8, Panchkula informs that an approval of Rs.16,25,863/- has been accorded by the office of Administrator, HSVP, Panchkula vide order dated 07.05.2026 towards disbursal of compensation amount in favour of petitioners/landowners. Learned State counsel also informs that a Demand Draft with respect to the aforesaid amount shall be deposited with the learned Executing Court on or before 15.05.2026. MOHMED
